Romantic Musical Interlude Italian woven tapestry is part of the Noble Pastorale series of 6 tapestries desgined by Francois Boucher. Full of French charm, this tapestry shows a scene depicting a musician playing a wind instrument, accompanied by an admiring lady, with a child and sheep close by. There is a flowing cherub fountain behind them and the scene is set in an idyllic French countryside.
