This is a genuine Jules Pansu tapestry. In 1767, the painter Doyen got an order from a courtier to paint his mistress on a swing, pushed by a bishop, the lord himself hidden in the trees and watching his lady’s petticoats. Doyen, scandalized by this, recommended Fragonard, best known for his paintings of gallant scenes.
